With more than 25 years of diverse corporate and general management experience, I’ve held pivotal roles in Executive Management, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Insights and Analytics and Finance at organizations of various sizes. As the Executive Vice President and Head of Lundbeck US, my role is twofold – serving as EVP, helping to set overall enterprise strategy; and Head of the US, leading all aspects of the US organization, from Sales and Marketing to Market Access, HR, Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Compliance.Prior to my time at Lundbeck, I served as Chief Executive Officer and Global Business Leader of Vectura Inc., where I led transformative initiatives in formulation science, device technology and the development of inhaled medicines. My professional journey has afforded me opportunities to serve as Chief Commercial Officer for companies with significant central nervous system (CNS) portfolios, such as Sunovion, and as Head of General Medicines in the U.S. for Takeda. My educational background led me to where I am today. With a bachelor’s degree in economics with dual concentrations in finance and marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, I have a strong foundation across disciplines that help me lead efficiently and authentically.
