Product Preparation within the Project Office department at Köping site - The Center of Excellence for Transmissions and Gears within the Volvo Group. In my role as a Product Structure Specialist I was responsible for implementing structure from the PDM construction system into Powertrain Production site systems. Implementation of new structure and/or updates derives from Product project, Cost Improvement, QJ and maintenance. I was responsible for leading my implementation team in order to secure a start of production date without any disturbances.

Process mapping and flow optimization to enhance understanding of how Lean principles can be applied beyond the manufacturing sector, specifically within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department at Örebro University Hospital. The goal was to assess the impact of variation on lead time from initial intake to diagnosis.
