With over 15 years of professional experience designing a range of community cohorts and projects of varying scales, I’m driven by critical issues such as affordability, sustainability and urban density. I’m interested in developing design solutions that balance societal needs with commercial realities. My project portfolio focuses on alternative housing models and frameworks including Build-to-Rent, Build-to-Rent-to-Buy model, mixed-tenure, co-living and vertical communities. My process involves investigation into material systems and environmental analysis using digital and prefabricated technologies with the aim of improving the experience of private and public realm. I work closely with some of Australia’s largest construction and development companies, as well as government departments, from feasibility to completion. This has led me to develop close ties within the industry to provide a high level of design resolution and quality.
