Technical design, engineering, implementation and support for the Johns Hopkins Epic EMR project's presentation to over 10,000 concurrent users using Citrix XenApp. Responsible for supporting twelve hundred application servers with Citrix Provisioning Services and more than twenty related applications. Is also responsible for effectively communicating all aspects of these technologies to other project stakeholders, including application teams, technical support teams and more than more than 25,000 end users. Propose and design endpoint systems such as VDI, Mobile Device Management and OS X enterprise deployments.Write technical documentation and provide training for staff to aid in transition toOperations and Maintenance teams.

Direct technicians, contractual labor and interns to the support of the information technology services at the University of Maryland Kernan Hospital.

Provide hardware and software support for The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Maryland. Maintain Windows 9x/2000 PC's and services to NT4 and Novell servers. Install and configure specialized imaging and registration software such as Cardiff, Idxterm, custom databases as well as associated printers and scanners.Escalate system wide problems to administrators and coordinate with organizations responsible for the hospital network in order to resolve issues for the end user.
