Assist in the development of and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet Indirect Sales needs (e.g. utilizing job boards, print ad, factoring in price/time requirements, etc.)Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needsInform applicants of job openings and details such a duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and promotion opportunitiesPerform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referralsContact applicable job fairs, colleges, etc. to arrange interviews or maintain existing/develop new relationshipsCoordinate with hiring managers and applicants to schedule and conduct both phone and in-person interviewsEngage recruiting assignments of a complex nature to review applicant credentials, assess qualified candidates and partner with hiring manager to determine interview needsScreen/Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skillsRefer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriateContact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selectionAdvise managers and employees on staffing policies and proceduresMaintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as Americans with Disabilities ActAssist in analyzing and controlling expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements;

• Interview, screen, test, and match candidates for technical positions throughout Orange County for both temporary assignments and full time placements• Conduct reference checks on candidates• Recruit candidates through sources such as colleagues, trade schools, job fairs, internet etc.• Obtain properly completed and signed I-9 and W-4 forms for each temporary employee registered• Prepare reports including weekly status reports, daily logs, and customer service checklists• Maintain appropriate records including effective utilization of the computerized databases
