Led an integrated team of over 150 military, civilian and contractor personnel while managing an annual budget of over $290 million to develop, test and field this software intensive system. • Provided total lifecycle management for the largest Army Military Intelligence Information System. Developed and executed a modernization strategy leading to total Army equipping and full material release for several products. • Managed the effort to build a cost-effective, interoperable, enterprise-wide solution designed to outpace an ever-changing variety of threats.
