- Tasked with uncovering insights and proposing solutions for the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) and their new app that will be required for fare payments- Designed, fielded, and analyzed quantitative and qualitative research to discover key insights and build a marketing strategy founded in data- Developed a tactical plan that reached the design target identified in the primary research and created a budget and timeline to effectively launch the tactics- Presented the final plan to the client and received positive feedback regarding the recommendations proposed (deliverable available for review under "Projects" tab on my profile)
