As a fitness intern, I shadowed some of the class instructors and personal trainers. Eventually, I started teaching several exercise classes on my own. I took part in the creation and instructing of a resistance training program for seniors, and later on created a resistance training program that included an informational powerpoint for veterans. During my internship, I designed videos for marketing, created designs using Canva, and used Excel to create exercise programs for clients.
