Major General (Ret) Grabowski is the founder of Stardust Consulting. He also serves as the head of Government Business Development for the Miner Agency. General Grabowski specializes in leveraging military tactics and techniques to aid companies in strategic messaging, leadership seminars, and DoD business development and contract capture. General Grabowski's distinguished military career includes serving as the Commander of the Georgia Air National Guard. In this role, he oversaw 3000 Airmen in various capacities, including two flying wings and multiple cyber and intelligence squadrons. Prior to this, he served as the Air Force Deputy of Total Force Integration at the Pentagon, focusing on the optimal force mix across U.S. Air Force missions.Beginning his Air Force journey in 1985 as an enlisted Telecommunications Specialist, General Grabowski has held various command and staff positions over his thirty-seven-year career. Notably, he commanded the 116th Air Control Wing at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, where he managed the global deployment of 16 Joint STARS Aircraft valued at 3.6 billion dollars and 1500 personnel. General Grabowski is a Master Air Battle Manager and has over 2,700 flying hours, including more than 1,700 combat hours. He is a certified Air Force, Primary Flight Instructor/Evaluator and Air Force Safety Board President Certified.General Grabowski holds a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle University and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia College. He is a graduate of the Air Force War College and the NORTHCOM-NORAD Joint Task Force and Dual-Status Commander Course, as well as multiple civilian leadership courses to include: Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government, The Maxwell School, at Syracuse University, and The Brookings Institution.General Grabowski continues to serve as a key military advisor on multiple strategic boards and committees. He is a military consultant to Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) and is currently State Director of the Selective Service System for Georgia. He resides with his wife, Angela in Fort Valley, Georgia.

His aviation career includes over 2700 flying hours; including over 1700 combat hours in the E-8C JSTARS supporting Operations IRAQI and ENDURING FREEDOM. He was named the 116th Air Control Wing Air Weapons Officer of the Year in 2005 and the 116th Air Control Wing Mission Crew Commander of the Year in 2007. Col. Grabowski was also the Mission Crew Commander of Air Combat Command’s Air Battle Management Crew of the Year for 2007.
