Leadership, organization & sales are my hobbyhorse - constant change and dealing with a VUCA world are no longer just phrases but daily reality. I meet the resulting challenges in everyday life with the conscious and targeted use of agile leadership methods, a situational leadership style and - most importantly - open, transparent communication and collaboration at eye level.As a manager, I consider it the greatest success when I can inspire employees and colleagues for both day-to-day business and projects through the congruent delegation of tasks, responsibilities and competencies paired with knowledge transfer and coaching approaches and, in the best case, they can develop both professionally and personally.When leading projects (in the past mostly customer-, sales-, and ICT-related), I can make full use of my greatest strengths - even with the most complex issues - by means of a critically questioning attitude, close coordination, detailed project management, transparent communication to and inclusion of various stakeholders, and a comprehensible, structured approach.
