Approach potential customers and promote the products on the company

 My duties consisted of making sure all of the office bills where paid Making sure that the office car was maintained on a daily basis Making sure the office staff was paid on time by going to FedEx and picking up their cheques on a monthly basis to be deposited in the bank.  Was in charge of hiring new staff. Making sure that all the agents where coming in for work on time. Taking web orders for the web site using our in house software called accapac by pulling up web order reports every few hours. Taking supervisor calls for customers that did not get their package on time or did not get them at all by checking with FedEx or UPS and them calling back the customers and even sending them a e mil informing them. Sending a daily expense report to my superiors in the US as well as sending them the daily attendance every day. Sending a monthly sales report of all of the agents and all of the web orders.  And informing my superiors in the US if the office will be closed due to any disturbance in the city  Was even in charge of the opening and closing of the office every day and would come to the office on Saturdays and Sundays if any work had to be done in the office

 Won “Customer service of the month award. Trained 22 agents on all of the Industries (Real Estate, Insurance, OSHA 10/30, Cosmetology, Healthcare, TABC (Texas Alcohol and Beverage Course)  Trained the new employees on how to use the Tech page and log calls using JIRA for whatever interaction they had with the students on the phone, Chat or E mail transactions  Taking Calls Quality assurance of customer service calls, Customer service Emails & Chats  Taking Chats on our 24/7 Chat software Answering Customer’s E mails Making sure the floor is running smoothly when is no Supervisor on shift or the floor  In charge of processing refunds for both customers and processing refunds for our cooperate accounts as well In charge of uploading the agents attendance roster on Time Trax for the card entry to let the agents in and out of the office  In charge of approving PTO applications using the attendance system Monitoring Symposium keeping an eye on the agents making sure they are not setting them self on busy or not ready for a long period of time  Running a daily report using Symposium to check the service level. Live monitoring of calls and chats to make sure that the agents are providing the students and clients with the correct information.
