Woods Services is a nonprofit multi-service population health management and advocacy organization that provides innovative, comprehensive and integrated health, education, housing, workforce, behavioral health and case management services to more than 4,000 children and adults in the intellectual and developmental disability, child welfare, behavioral and brain trauma public health sectors who have complex and intensive medical and behavioral healthcare needs.

Worked with the CEO of Archway Programs, an $18 million nonprofit organization that operates adolescent, juvenile and adult treatment and educational facilities, to successfully turn their $800,000 deficit into a $500,000 operating surplus. As a result, Archway Programs was able to continue its work through early intervention and child care, broad-based special education, at-risk adolescent treatment programs, mental health counseling, senior citizen day care programs, summer camps, and professional staff development initiatives. Archway Programs offers an array of programming for 1,600 children and adults in southern New Jersey that include a before and after school program, two special education schools, early intervention services, youth, adolescent and adult partial care, and four group homes for adults with developmental disabilities.
