Completed a 4-week work experience in the finance department at a construction services company. In this role, I worked closely with the Purchase Ledger and the Credit Controller, often contacting clients via phone or e-mail and requesting business information such as statements and invoices. I was also asked to complete several reconciliation documents for the Finance Manager, which were completed to a high enough standard to be used in meetings with other heads of departments.

This developed my communication and listening skills with large groups and individuals, particularly with those who are emotional or distressed.
