These workstreams include Patient Safety and Workforce, as well as a monthly CDC Board meeting. I manage both the documentation, and administration, of the above workstreams, and use various Microsoft tools to set meeting agendas, capture meetings notes & actions, as well as subsequently chase up those actions in advance of future meetings.My day-to-day consists of communicating with individuals of both a clinical and non-clinical background, and ensuring that multiple stakeholders are kept up to date about latest developments and have a chance to input into discussions accordingly. I've additionally been trained to become an expert in the project management tool that the Trust uses, PM3, and have subsequently trained others in both the use of PM3, as well as the benefit of the PMO office in general, in the form of helping to run a PMO clinic.
