I was promoted to this role in August 2013, following a restructure of the Human Resources Division. This role is responsible for the management of the Employee Services Function (Payroll, Recruitment and Learning & Development) within Queensland Motorways, by driving and implementing initiatives that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.
