Handset Division• Worked on all of Garmin’s smartphone projects including the Nuvifone (Qtopia), Garminfone A50 (Android), and A10 (Android).• Led a small group of software engineers in development of several features for the A50 and A10 phones.• Helped with implementation of an automated testing framework for Garmin Android development.• Worked in many different software functional areas, including, but not limited to, Bluetooth, Wifi, audio media, navigation, and contacts support. Gained extensive experience in UI design, data storage schemes, and algorithm design along with some experience in low level hardware interactions.
