• Day to day management of the booking process, including the ability to inspire, motivate and engage with both new and existing participants.• Responding to and processing all sale enquiries including cancellations, changes of expedition and late bookings.• I provide administrative support to the Operations team, and liaise closely between the Operations Managers, Challenges Leaders, Doctors and participants with the objective of delivering first class level of efficiency and service.• Researching new destinations and making recommendations based on industry trends.• Responsible for compiling pre-challenge documentation such as flight and visa information and responding to sales enquiries from potential customers.• Completing monthly insurance and IPP declarations and filing the quarterly ATOL report to maintain the license.• Dealing with all insurance queries from participants, tour leaders and charities in a timely manner.• Liaising with charities and participants about balances that are due for their departing challenges, and assisting with credit control.• Bookkeeping with the company’s management account• Use of Sage 50 Accounts to process invoices
