Manage the U.S. Department of State’s, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Antiterrorism Assistance Program (ATA) for Jordan. Responsibilities comprise facilitation of foreign assistance funding related to antiterrorism support, training development and consultations. Manage United States involvement at three international training centers within Jordan, 5 direct-hire staff members and and a combined budget of $23 million dollar. Develops and coordinates interaction with senior members of the Department of State, the Jordanian Foreign Ministry and Embassy in addition to domestic and international law enforcement and security representatives

Provide training in specialized security-related subjects to foreign police and security service personnel internationally. Most recently deployed to Tbilisi, Georgia; Port of Spain, Trinidad; and Brasilia, Brazil as a staff instructor through the DOS Antiterrorism Assistance (ATA) Program. Director of Risk Programs

Led staff tasked to protect worldwide corporate assets, including employees, facilities, information and products. Responsibilities included developing and maintaining threat assessments and threat characterization profiles for all Wyeth facilities; establishing and cultivating relationships with regional security directors and managers and country and facility operational personnel; serving as corporate liaison to U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies internationally; supervising intelligence analysis and development of socio-political and security risk profiles; managing the Technical Security Operation Group to ensure compliance with Global Security directives, policy and guidance; and developing a reporting process for use in identifying facility security vulnerabilities.

Served as the Senior DSS Special Agent (Regional Security Officer) charged with all security and law enforcement functions and duties at U.S. Embassies in Cyprus, Canada and Lebanon along with assignments to Jordan and Korea. As the Regional Security Officer, responsibilities encompass the overall management and coordinating of all Department of State security programs and initiatives at USG facilities abroad, and served as the senior security/law enforcement adviser to the U.S. Ambassador at each mission.
