Re-elected for 4 years in October 2017.The Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) is FIFA's deciding body that provides arbitration and dispute resolution on the basis of equal representation of players and clubs and an independent chairman. The DRC adjudicates on a regular basis in the presence of a varying composition of members. In total, the DRC includes 12 player representatives and 12 club representatives whereas decisions are regularly passed in a composition of 5 (2 player representatives, 2 club representatives, 1 chairman). The relevant decisions are published on FIFA.com. The DRC is competent for employment-related disputes between clubs and players that have an international dimension as well as for disputes between clubs related to Training Compensation and Solidarity Mechanism (for more details please consult the Regulations for the Status and Transfer of Players as well as the Rules Governing the Procedures of the Players' Status Committee and the Dispute Resolution Chamber).

CWL TELESPORT AND MARKETING AG (today Infront)-In-house legal counsel, responsible for all legal matters within the scope of CWL’s commercial activities (TV- and sponsoring contracts with football associations and commercial partners). Buying and selling of television- and advertising rights from national associations and club teams. Contact person (key account) for the football associations of Romania, Israel and Moldova and the clubs under contract with CWL in Romania (e.g. Steaua Bucharest), Czech Republic (e.g. Sparta Prague) and Slovakia (Slovan Bratislava);- Co-Responsible for the selling of the television rights of the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships in Russia 2000 and FIFA World Cup 2002;- Contact person (key account) responsible for the International Ice Hockey Federation (President and General Secretary). Member of the IIHF-Bid Committee and Insurance Committee. Responsible for the organisation and legal structure of the former European Hockey League (EHL). Responsible for the contracts with the participating clubs. Drawing up the necessary EHL regulations in a close cooperation with the IIHF; - Coordination of all new media projects; - Vice-President of the Organising Committee for the Ice Hockey World Championship in Switzerland (1998). Responsible of all legal matters. Member of the Organising Committee of the Ice Hockey World Championships in Germany 2001.

Contact person and responsible for all commercial and non-commercial legal matters within the scope of UEFA’s activities. UEFA Committees- Secretary of the UEFA Media and Marketing Committee and for the wording of UEFA’s Broadcasting Regulations. Contacts with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the Association of Commercial Television (ACT) and various European Community Commissions. The UEFA Media and Marketing Committee also dealt with technical developments in the broadcasting field (Pay-TV, Pay-per-View, Video-on-Demand, etc.); -Secretary of the UEFA Legal Committee responsible of the wording of all UEFA Statutes and Regulations; - Executive secretary for the Non-Amateur football committee in charge for all matters concerning professional football and for the application of the UEFA Transfer Regulations (international transfers, fixing transfer fees).
