Founded the company in 2001 headquartered Munich, before it was restructured and renamed, moving to be a Hong Kong Ltd in Summer of 2006. E-max was established to produce zero emission vehicles. The company’s main focus is to develop advanced technologies in order to make the daily use of electronic vehicles practical, cost-effective and comfortable for the customer. In June 2010 Vmoto acquired 100% of e-max, manufacturing in the company-owned factory located in Nanjing, China. Vmoto/e-max today is a leading supplier of electric Scooters for the chinese market.
