Tom is a retired International Tax Partner in the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Philadelphia tax practice. He has in excess of thirty years of tax experience with Big Four and multinational companies including nearly five years in Europe. Tom’s experience with multinational companies include industries such as retail, consumer products, chemical, technology, communication, professional services, tax exempt organizations, venture capital and private equity funds.  His responsibilities at PwC included providing international tax consulting to multinational companies in the Philadelphia practice. His previous experience includes the US Southeast Regional Leader of PwC’s International Vision group. Vision is a coordinated, tailored approach designed for multinational companies to achieve global strategic tax optimization. He was also responsible for leading the development of various PwC international tax solutions for both Inbound & Outbound multinational companies. Tom has extensive experience in international mergers & acquisitions, inbound taxation, outbound taxation and intangible property migration. Tom was a core member of PwC’s National Tax Solutions Team.  Tom is a CPA and holds a Masters Degree in Taxation from Villanova University, an MBA - Finance from St. Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Drexel University. He has been a frequent speaker on international tax topics in the Philadelphia community and an adjunct professor in Rutgers University’s professional MBA program.
