Born in Paris, France, Thomas Guillaume began his career in Hospitality in 2004 at the Soho House in London. After spending 3 years there, in 2007 he was offered an opportunity to work in St. Barths as Assistant General Manager at the revered Le Ti Saint Barthélemy, where he eventually became the General Manager. In 2015 in pursuit of his passion for hospitality, he landed in Miami, Florida where he began his career with Mr. Hospitality Miami as the General Manager of Marion and El Tucan. Today he is the Senior General Manager of the company's (Mr. Hospitality Miami) beloved venues and oversees daily operations in Baoli in Miami Beach and El Tucan and Marion, in Brickell.In his free time, Guillaume enjoys soccer and spending time in nature. The self-professed foodie, enjoys fine dining and loves to spend time with his daughter.
