SEB Corporate Telephony manages PBX's worldwide, mobile and Trading Telephony in Sweden, mobile devices, PBX support systems like billing and statistics, collaboration management suites, SMS and fax solutions.Service Delivery Responsible:• Responsible for service TCO (Total Cost Ownership), performance and development.• Secure that a service is operated and maintained in regards to quality, security and audit/compliance• Improve sustainability in delivered services.• Meet stakeholders to communicate about area service offer• Support the service packaging and budget processAs a Product owner for Corporate Telephony• Own and manage the team’s backlog• Consolidate one prioritized backlog & roadmap (including customer needs, market changes, regulatory guidelines, architectural/tech transition & team improvements) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders• Ownership of the balance in the backlog between growth, innovation, productivity & re-engineering focus in order to receive the highest customer value outcome. Form backlog content to secure fast learning• Responsible for maximizing the value outcome of the team, by optimizing backlog content within team capacity and financial frames • Ensure a transparent and simplified governance in order to deliver increased customer value with high quality• Ensures continuous improvement of the product and organization, by enabling self-organization, continuous learning and cross collaboration within the team As a contract owner• Accountable for managing existing contractual agreements with Supplier(s)• Secure that they meet the objectives of IT and the business• Following IT Sourcing Strategy.• Responsible for contract compliancy, contract commercials, performance levels, and adequate supplier interaction.• Plan and execute interaction with the Supplier(s) according to the Governance Framework.• Ensuring that on tactical and operational level value is obtained from the relationship and risks are reduced.
