Management and coordination of all engineering information relating to the running of a number of live and upcoming residential developments, from the planning stage through to completion. Supporting the Technical Team with the due diligence review and delivery of engineering information required for land appraisals and acquisition. Strategic input into the engineering solutions on all sites.Supporting the Planning Manager with engineering design information required to accompany planning applications. Coordination of external consultants in the production of engineering details and drawings required for the effective delivery the developments, from planning through to completion.Procuring full Technical Approvals for all engineering details, including the adoptable roads & sewers. Negotiating and obtaining S38, 104, & 278 Approvals and Agreements. Procurement of all incoming mains service designs, diversions and details. Preparation of the full engineering release packs for tender purposes. Preparation of full Production & Sales release packs upon commencement of developments.Provide support and accurate engineering information for all internal departments, including Land, Commercial, Production, Sales & Customer Services.Check and review all engineering details and reports for accuracy and completeness and assist in the coordination of the Development Health & Safety information.Attending all requisite external and internal meetings, including regular development progress meetings.
