IT MANAGER- Corporate and Health Initiatives Responsible for managing a team of Program Managers, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators. Team composition consisted of FTE’s and contract staff. Team size reached 31 direct reports. • Monitored new demand requests and staff capacity. Matched resources to demand requests.• Monitored budget verse actual results for department. Met monthly with Finance personnel. • Ensure all staff members are complying with corporate standards for Project Management Methodologies, including use of the Clarity tool.• Maintained close relationship with outside staffing vendors.• Maintained inventory of all contract staff for entire department. Approved all contract staff timesheets and expense reports.• Responsible for maintaining department Business Continuity Plan and perform semi-annual tests of Alert Find tool.
