Responsible for the gas and water supply at Talvivaara Mining. This included all operational matters, as well as the process development for two hydrogen plants, two hydrogen sulfide plants, one water plant and the oxygen plant. My work contained: - Process analyses, follow up and report- The construction of a maintenance setup for the Hydrogen plants- Scheduling and supervision of repairs and production- Guiding and training of operators and workers- Monthly reports, follow up and the efficiency calculations- 24/7 stand by for trouble shooting, repairs and production- Process development and commission of new solutions.I invented a preprocess calculation based on the enthalpies of the H2S production which I designed and commissioned in a running production.I wrote new process theses and developed the plants together with the electric and mechanical engineering.As a result the process stabilized and downtimes decreased drasticly.
