Supervise and assist with coordinating all third party work assignments, over-hauls, shutdown projects within the station. Contract operator through spartan companies for BPx midstream.Daily job requirements:• Travel to Grand slam CDP• Sign in at control room daily, communicate with BPx operators and go over daily workload.• Running rounds is a checklist we must fill out to ensure all equipment is operating properly. Running rounds consists of reading a check list and doing a thorough walkthrough of the multiple facilities ensuring all equipment is operating properly.• Ensure the Grand Slam and Bingo CDP facilities are operating properly.• Ensure the Squiggy and Waterfall SWD facilities are operating properly.• Assist BPx operators with daily workload such as LOTO’s, equipment isolations for maintenance. If equipment fails or shuts down, assist operations with troubleshooting reason of failure and finding a solution to get equipment operating properly.

Liquid valves, gate valves, wheel valves, pilot valves. Repair PRV with kits. Knowledge of Mercer, Taylor, hydro seal and Farris valves and spring charts for Mercer, Taylor and Farris valves and required spring changes. Annually tested valves on compressors, knowledge of compressor functions and lines. Knowledge of thief hatches of all kinds. JayCo, Lamont, Enardo, Marsh hawk thief hatches.

Installed a/c units on mobile homes across New Mexico. Keep record of truck equipment and tools. Installation of a/c included running the line set under the house from unit to furnace. Sweating in the copper Line set to connect the unit to the furnace. Installed electrical whip from unit to the disconnect box/breaker on the house. Opened up regulated valves on unit to charge the Unit and furnace with refrigerant. Made sure everything was connected and unit was up and running and cooling house.

Truck supervisor for vacuum trucks and end dump trucks on active oil rig locations. Effectively supervised and coordinates truck drivers on various types of operations such as cement jobs, frac tank clean outs, rig pit clean outs, Water-based mud removal, Oil-based mud transfers, Fresh water delivery. Assisted mechanics in company shop with various routine maintenance and repairs on tractor trailers, end-dump trailers and vacuum trailers. Assisted mechanics with air brake repairs, engine tear downs, transmission replacements, DEF deletes, oil changes, trailer wiring repairs and/or replacement, installing new and/or replacement vacuum pumps including installment of PTO’s and secondary drivelines to vacuum pumps.
