This allows me to work faster with a higher quality, to keep control of changes, dependencies and regulations and to reduce the complexity of systems.In my role as quality and risk manager, I am responsible for the- Assessment of compliance with the requirements of the parent organization- Assessment of the approach and results of project management, project organization and collaboration in the project- Comprehensive assessment of the processes of project control, project management and project execution for all project participants- Assessment of the project results from a qualitative perspective- Assessment of the project status and forecasts- Assessment of risks- Recommendation of measures to deal with risks and achieve the set goals- Transparent reporting to the clientAs a business analyst, I am responsible for collecting all organizational requirements including organizational requirements, defining business processes and the organizational structure and ensuring the involvement of various specialists.Customers include Roche Pharmaceutical, Bundesamt für Informatik (BIT)
