Navy Recruiting Command, Portland, OR Jun. 2013-Dec 2017Chief Recruiter/Chief Sales Officer/Human Resources Director Management/Leadership/Organization• Supervise, lead, mentor, evaluate, and train 28 enlisted recruiting stations, 3 officer recruiting offices, over 120 military enlisted and officer recruiters, and civilian employees, in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, California and Nevada. These five states comprise the second largest Navy Recruiting District in the United States. • Oversee the distribution and achievement of enlisted and officer goals of over 950 enlisted and officer applicants as well as the yearly mission target of over 800 newly enlisted and officer commissioned personnel throughout the Pacific Northwest.• Lead the development and implementation of all command-wide training plans for military and civilian employees.• Manage, supervise and coordinate the use of all command resources, annual training plan, and production systems to attain recruiting mission and goal. • Serve as Senior Enlisted Advisor (SEA) to the Operations Officer, Executive Officer and Commanding Officer in matters pertaining to daily operations, production, marketing plans, initiatives and personnel assignments and potential new hires. • Spearhead the implementation of a district-wide reorganization in the command structure by building consensus and buy-in from the field recruiters, office supervisors and division leaders within the district, created an environment that promoted innovation.• Ensure that reports, instructions, notices and policy changes are distributed to production/processing personnel. • Organizes and remains an active member of the Recruiter Development Boards (RDB), Evaluation Boards, and Command Data Analysis• Prepare and submit marketing data to the Commanding Officer and Region Commander to inform the development of officer and enlisted goals.

Navy Recruiting Command, Seattle, WA Dec. 2010-Jun. 2013Chief Recruiter/Chief Sales Officer/Human Resources Director• Managed the supervision, leadership, mentorship, and training of 55 enlisted recruiting stations, 4 officer recruiting offices, over 150 military personnel and civilian employees in both Northern Florida and Southern and Central Georgia encompassing 55,000 square miles. • Oversaw the distribution and achievement of the enlisted and officer goals and attainment of over 1,500 enlisted and officer applicants as well as a yearly mission target of over 950 newly enlisted and officer commissioned personnel.• Served as Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Operations Officer, Executive Officer, and Commanding Officer in matters pertaining to production and personnel related issues. • Responsible for the career development and mentorship of all military personnel within Operations Department. • Ensured reports, instructions, notices and policy changes were distributed to production/processing personnel. • Approved Field Supervisor, Nuclear Field Program Recruiter, Navy Special Warfare/Navy Special Operations Recruiter and NROTC Coordinator monthly planners.• Conducted Daily Production Review on accomplishment of the commands production plan and LEADS dispositions and follow-ups. • Analyzed and adjusted command goal and submitted recommended changes to the Commanding Officer. • Planned and executed monthly production meetings with 16 supervisors in the field.
