Supervise business development and sales performance of branch offices in three states.Perform high level supervision and exercise regulatory judgment as needed.Provide continuous coaching to Branch Managers to maximize outcomes at the individual and branch levels.Gather, analyze, and distribute business intelligence to define success for each branch.Serve as proactive mentor by establishing performance metrics and use positive speech to map individual success of each Branch Manager.Provide coaching and closure on client negotiations as needed.
