As the Operations Specialist, I am tasked with a lot of HR-related functions. I onboard new hires and provide them with the training they need to perform the duties assigned to them. I review employee timecards weekly and correct any missed punches, and submit payroll every other week. I am in charge of maintaining employee files, as well as reviewing and filing ATF and OSHA documents. Ensuring that the store says compliant with ATF, OSHA, and DOA regulations is a key role of my position.
