After a long police career and several years as a private investigator this PI decided it was time for a change. Tom recently joined Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty. He is finding a parallel between law enforcement and the real estate industry. Obtaining new leads, as far as buyers and sellers, is similar to catching new cases in the detective division. The compassion, loyalty and honesty a detective must have for their victims is no different than the compassion, loyalty and honesty a realtor must have for their seller/buyer clients. When a detective is investigating a case and establishing probable cause he or she knows that eventually he or she will have to testify to everything that transpired during the investigation. A good detective will apply due diligence in documenting all the facts of the case down to the most minor detail. A Realtor knows that eventually his or her clients will be at a closing and all the due diligence applied before that day will pay off when all the 'i's' have been dotted and 't's' crossed. All the necessary professionals have been brought together in a meeting of the minds leading up to the closing.Tom is excited to assist his clients in buying a new home or selling their current one.
