As a Project Manager I responded rapidly and efficiently to residential and commercial insurance losses across the GTA.Some of my responsibilities included:• Sales and performance goals• Complete and accurate sketch and scope packages• Equipping and effectively utilizing Project Coordinators and Construction Managers• Generating project budgets and ensuring sufficient margin• Developing and maintaining relationships with key industry partners• Understanding all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance• Maintaining current and accurate files in job management applications• Effectively communicating with homeowners and adjusters• Delivering a high standard of customer experience through quality work and high Net Promoter Scores (NS)

As owner and operator my responsibilities included:- Supervising a crew of 3 – 7 staff by providing leadership, direction and support- Planning and managing the full schedules of all team members- Completing weekly safety talks to crew members and daily safety tailgate talks to crew- Completing all demolition related work orders and ensuring proper disposal of garbage and debris from the properties- Ensuring a thorough knowledge and understanding of all health, safety and emergency procedures for all team members, and completing other related duties as required and within the scope of the job.
