Security Assistant
CurrentSustain security services for Department of Defense (DoD) installation in accordance with government, state and local un-escorted entry and controlled facility area regulations. Establish security posture of the organization by implementing best practices and controls to prevent or mitigate security risks and exposures in classified/secure areas. Support unparallel contractor projects for the Department of State (DOS), Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence, and Special Operations Communities and Non-Government Organizations in training, reporting, analysis, system integration, and a variety of other services.PROGRAM & PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Execute AF Smart Operations for the 21st Century (AFSO21), security, and health principles, practices and procedures and apply internal management procedures to assignments in all areas. Sustain security services for all visiting personnel, contractors, vendors, and non-governmental personnel into designated classified/secure facilities. Maintain communication protocol with all assigned visitors, ensuring force protection and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OHSA) standards are followed in technology restricted, vehicle use, and facility designated areas. Oversee surveillance for visiting personnel and private contractors entering access-controlled designated classified secure areas.Conduct various visual observation and physical security checks to ensure facilities remain entrance controlled.
