As part of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with the University of Huddersfield I worked in conjunction with the university to try and help improve operations throughout LCF. This involved developing leaner processes and practices to increase efficiency of the firm’s operation.

Managed the ‘International Sports Operations Management Survey’, communicating with sporting directors and other sports staff throughout the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.Helped to manage a fan satisfaction survey with Huddersfield Town F.C.Heavily involved in the ‘Innovation Compass’ project with the NHS working with CCG’s, AHSN’s and other NHS institutions. Helped to plan a ‘European Stadium Tour’ project to visit different sporting venues throughout Europe to evaluate and set best practice principles for stadiums.Supported a project looking into innovation in the pharmaceutical supply chain attending conferences and contacting pharmacists to help with the study.Helped with numerous academic papers to do with operations management principles and techniques (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) in many different industries and sectors.
