Painting and Decoratoring Over the years I have worked as a painter and decorator, either self employed, or for companies such as Bellway, Prodec, Ukdec and with various Agencies. Currently I am working as self employed for Skillhaus. As a painter,I know how to prep for any job that is set before me as prep is 90% of the work, eg: filling in any holes or defects on the surfuces, as for wood work: primer, undercoat and gloss or any stains or leaks aplying stain block. During the day I ensure that the work area is kept clean and tidy at all times, and cleaning down all painting equipment at the end of the day. Whether I work alone or as part of larger team of painters and other labourers, I am able to work efficiently and to a high standard,in order to meet the necessary fixed deadlines.
