Since its inception in 1993, SHARE! - the Self-Help And Recovery Exchange - has been dedicated to empowering individuals through self-help support groups and vibrant communities, fostering both recovery and social connectivity. Our participants embark on a transformative journey, equipped with invaluable skills to navigate challenges ranging from substance use and trauma to mental health disorders and interpersonal difficulties.
