Observed contractor means and methods to ensure adherence to the contract as well as Massachusetts State Highway and Federal Highway mandated specifications on The Central Artery Tunnel Project. - Reviewed submittals and field changes to contract and in many cases was involved in the solving of the day-to-day issues incurred by the contractor.- Experienced the oversight of electrical, HVAC, waterproofing, fire protection, mass concrete placement, paving, ironwork, pile-driving, support of excavation and excavation/backfill, etc.- Generated voluminous daily reports which included manpower, activity, field changes to contract, safety issues, deficiencies, time tracking and reports of nearby resident complaints.- Tested concrete and submitted for test all materials used by contractor in the building of the cut and cover tunnel.
