II am a business lawyer with over 10 years of experience in intellectual property, contracts, digital law, privacy and personal data protection, advertising self-regulation, entertainment law, and commercial promotions. Currently, I serve as the Senior Manager of Digital Ethics Compliance at Ambev, the largest beverage company in Latin America and one of the largest globally. In this role, I lead the data protection and digital compliance area, ensuring the company's adherence to LGPD and other sectoral norms and best practices.Previously, I led the Intellectual Property department at BRF S.A., managing a portfolio of over 3000 brands and spearheading compliance projects for LGPD and international privacy laws. I hold CIPP/E, CIPM, and CDPO/BR certifications from the IAPP, where I am also a Fellow of Information Privacy.As a guest lecturer at prestigious institutions such as Opice Blum Academy and FACAMP, I teach courses on privacy, digital law, intellectual property, and commercial promotions. I have an MBA in Business Management from USP and a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law from ESA-SP. Additionally, I have completed extension courses in Corporate Law, Governance, and Intellectual Property at the London School of Economics and Political Science.I am also the co-founder of Solsticio Energia, a photovoltaic solar energy company, and have a keen interest in emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain.
