Manage $6+ million in systems engineering scope on an Army defense program, coordinating across a diverse team of 20+ engineers as well as across engineering disciplines. Support communication and coordination with US government and foreign partners in quarterly program/technical reviews. Serve as the interim systems engineering process lead in the absence of a dedicated process engineer on program. Led team of 10 engineers through conceptual and detailed design of software requirements for new US Army defense system. Supported technical and customer working groups and developed subject matter expertise in communication and network time protocol methodologies to support team.

Led and designed new system development efforts across a wide range of system capability areas; presented progress to US government and foreign partner customers. Supported 10 off-site system test events, analyzing system performance data; built data analysis training package. Developed four month training course to help onboard new team members faster on a complex system design. Supported department interview and hiring efforts to help ensure candidates were a good fit for our team.

Designed homeland security system sensor layout for four NY/NJ airports and then transitioned to on-site engineering support, supervising electrical contractors during the installation of over 150 sensors and performing the initial calibration in of the sensors.
