The idea was to create a web application framework for rapid application development, using “declarative programming idioms”, to significantly reduce complexity when creating “web apps without huge scalability and performance requirements”. Among other things, I created my own completely dynamic programming language, based upon direct modification of the “execution tree”, that would allow for dynamically installing web apps, during runtime, without affecting the rest of the system. I wrote 3 MSDN articles about the system, which were my first 3 articles for Microsoft. During most of this period I also consulted for a whole range of different companies, ranging from architecting the platform currently in use by one of the largest hospitals in the world, to teaching and tutoring developers in .Net Framework and helping them become certified developers on the .Net stack. -
