Member in McGlinchey's Commercial Litigation practice, handling all manner of civil litigation at the trial and appellate level, including arbitrations, class actions and multi-district litigation. I have particular experience in representing mortgage lenders and services, and other consumer financial institutions, in both litigation and compliance matters.

I joined Dykema in 2001, and made partner in 2005. My practice concentrated on representing consumer financial services companies in complex litigation, including class actions, mortgage fraud and multi-district litigation. I also handled land use and zoning issues, and litigated a wide variety of commercial and consumer claims. I practiced in Dykema's Ann.

I was a summer associate in 1995, then began full-time in September of 1996, all in the San Francisco office. I was a litigator and worked primarily on government contracts and insurance coverage matters. I left Sonnenschein in 2001 when I moved to Michigan and began working for Dykema Gossett in the Ann Arbor office.
