I am responsible for running the plant as efficiently as possible and making sure that all raw material is processed correctly with as little waste as possible. I am also responsible for communicating with the Dredge Operator in his hourly reports and making sure quality is also within spec by pulling samples and testing the material to ensure the best products being produced for the products being ran. Work with GM to optimize the deposits and recommend dredge placement. Calculating and measuring inventory for month end and recording MSHA required forms and permits

I was responsible for the finishing part of the product such as sanding the product (s) down to a .001" and for making sure that the products received the proper profile cut and also the squareness of the cut. other duties were to organize break times of other employees and directly supervise at least 3 other employees on a regular basis, and to teach new employees the standard operating procedures and the importance of the Lockout/Tagout procedures. Report any quality issues to the supervisor and work with Quality employees to correct any quality issues that may occur during the shift. Help troubleshoot finishing line along with assist maintenance with any issues to have the problem resolved as quickly as possible. I was responsible for meeting and exceeding production goals set every shift.

I am responsible for making sure that new employees know what the safety procedures are for any job that needs to be performed in their area and also making sure that they know and understand the LOTO (lock out tag out) procedures. I Train new employees about the packaging process and how to stack units properly in the ware house using a forklift and the INTERMEC inventory systems, responsible for setting up the finishing line for a different variety of products, maintaining the product specs and running it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Performing Preventive Maintenance on machines as scheduled.

Troubleshoot Network Problems with the Citrix network, Cash registers, and gas and diesel pumps as needed. Replace computer chips/program pumps as needed.Work with a Home Office Tech support over the phone to repair certain network problems
