A challenging diverse role maintaining and looking after multiple concrete plants within the Perth region. Role gave great experience in people management, leading safety practices, business reporting (P&L, SAP), maintenance planning along with production, quality and safety KPI’s.

This role gave tremendous professional development especial in the soft skills region. The role focuses on improving either problematic or high volume plants, 50% through plant, process and best Practice, while 50% was around People, Culture and Behaviours.
