About Thomas Harper
A professional and ambitious BA (Hons) Business Management graduate (2019) currently working within the field marketing sector alongside adidas Europe’s Brand and Product Learning Programme. Experience of working in demanding target-based customer service, logistics, financial and marketing environments has enhanced my collaborative working skills and wider business knowledge of client and colleague satisfaction, whilst assisting management style development, along with the solidifying of data analysis, presentation and people management abilities. With excellent communication skills, a flexible nature and a commitment to continued professional and personal development, recent employment in both the financial and marketing fields has allowed me to further develop these skills, whilst undertaking more responsibility, leadership positions, regular reporting, KPI management and both virtual and face-to-face client presentations, whilst also becoming an SME on several systems in different businesses. On a personal level, I have a strong affinity with charitable work – this was paramount during my time with Kier Group, having been a part of the ‘Great Place To Work’ team, where I assisted with the organisation and execution a number of social and charitable events for the wider company.
