As a service and maintenance controller at Custom Fleet I'm part of a team that manage the servicing and repair of passenger vehicles across Australia and New Zealand. I ensure that the vehicles are maintained to meet both client and manufacturer safety, and quality standards, while complying with contractual agreements. I also liaise with clients and suppliers to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or queries.I have over 12 years of experience in the automotive industry, working as a parts interpreter in multi franchise dealerships although mainly focused on Toyota. I have a strong knowledge of various manufacturers parts catalogues, inventory systems, and ordering processes. (Audi, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Holden, Jeep, Infiniti, LDV, TATA and Higer) After many attempts, in 2021 I was awarded Toyota Parts National Skills Champion for the Eastern Region which recognizes the best Toyota Parts interpreters in NSW, unfortunately due to Covid, there was no chance to compete for national champion.
