My six years in facilities and property management, I oversaw procurement and inventory; reviewed and managed contracts and leases; and handled tenant requests and vendor calls. This experience has allowed me to grow in my leadership capacity. Additionally, my experience as a Senior Pastor has sharpened my communication and managerial skills. My current role entails leading my leadership team and scheduling speakers, camps, and community outreach events as well as strictly maintaining the organization’s budget and 501c3 status. I have the privilege of building community relationships and partnerships with the surrounding schools.
