The overarching objective of the program was to reinforce Equens' prominent standing as a Top-3 player in the European marketplace.

As the planner for the program Toeslagen 2009 in the Belastingdienst I was responsible for building and managing the MS Project planning. I maintained contacts with the ten project managers to align the program planning with the individual project schedules.Where necessary, I supported the project managers in building their schedules (phasing, milestones, baselines). I set up a planning cycle with which changes in the program are also secured in the planning. Progress was monitored on a weekly basis and deviations from the expected progress were identified. These deviations were reported to program management.

At Atos Origin I was part of the transition program where the Workplace Services department at my previous employer ING Bank was outsourced to Atos Origin.In this program I wrote my thesis; and designed and built a Program Management Toolbox for Atos Origin. To be used for future programs within the company.This thesis was scored at the highest possible level: 9. Earning me my Bachelors degree in Business Informatics.

- Served as Chain Manager for Change & Release of desktop applications for ING Bank labels and business units.- Role involved servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict/impediment management, akin to an Agile/Scrum Master.- Guided technical experts, fine-tuned stakeholder involvement, and streamlined the Request For Change process.- Successfully guided the proces from a chaotic "after migration" state to a consolidated, outsourced department to Atos Origin.- Graduated within the transformation program, creating a toolbox for consultancy organizations for large-scale programs.- Gained extensive experience in ICT change programs, covering technical, organizational, and cultural aspects.
