Supervised 8 Marines and six contractors in proper screening of maintenance work orders for historical record keeping on 54 combat and combat support aircraft. Implemented an improved tracking system for uninstalled BRU rack assemblies to ensure on-time inspection compliance. Utilized configuration management versus paper logbooks to ensure all life limited components removal due was computed accurately. Assisted database administrator with daily requirements and backups.

Assisted and trained several Marines in proper aircraft logbook documentation, and ensured squadron maintenance database reflected paper logbooks to comply with safety of flight guidelines. Performed squadron analysis functions to identify trend analysis, maintenance and supply documentation and brief squadron leadership on any discrepancies that needed attention to better support the maintenance managers within the squadron.
