Approver of outgoing payments via Wire, ACH and Check. • Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department overall policy and procedure manual. • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting for all U.S facilities.• Conduct monthly “balance sheet” and “cash flow” analyzes for five companies. German American Services is a Sales Service Provider for several Anti Piracy Service Providers, located in Germany, United Kingdom and U.S.A, offering copyright protection for content holders in the music, movie and software industry.• Acquisition of clients in the music, movie and software industry for copyright and trademark protection services. • Maintaining business partnerships and responding to law firms/customer needs.

ElringKlinger USA is the largest production facility of ElringKlinger abroad Germany. ElringKlinger produces gaskets; heat shields as well as cam cover for the automotive industry. • Support the SAP implementation throughout all departments and coordinate activities and support with the German IT Group.• Conduct Studies, which provide detailed information on processes, manpower, and planning. • Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts.• Assist in the setting of inter-company pricing policies and procedures in close coordination with the German Business Units and Key Accounts. • Setting up cost centers and determination of the “machine hour rates” for all machinery.• Establishing of Standard Costs for all intermediate goods as well as finished goods. • Conducting Cost Analyses for each product/production run on a continuous basis. • Prepare the monthly reporting package in accordance to IFRS. • Manage and coordinate SAP master data maintenance.• Technical supervision of the accounting staff, purchasing group, logistics group as well as production staff. • Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit.
